Overview
The SKYLO family of Walkable Ceiling Solutions delivers exceptional strength, flexibility, and reliability for the most demanding controlled environments.
Across the entire SKYLO portfolio, each system combines the clean finish of a ceiling with proven structural performance. ASTM E72 load-tested and suitable for ISO Class 3–5 cleanrooms, SKYLO systems are engineered to carry 20–40 lbs/sq ft of live load and are tailored to the specialized needs of industries such as biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, life sciences, semiconductors, EV batteries, data centers, and cold storage facilities.
The 2" Systems, in combination with honeycomb panels, are designed to control dust and debris. The 2" Flat and 2" AMHS systems provide an efficient cleanroom solution and allow workable access to overhead equipment and systems without risk of contaminating the cleanroom environment below. The AMHS system is engineered for environments requiring both walkable access and integration with automated material handling systems. Together, they provide streamlined functionality where compact design and operational efficiency are essential.
The 5" Systems, in combination with insulated metal panels, are designed to control temperature and humidity. Both the 5" Flat and 5" Plenum Cap systems offer robust overhead access and ease of installation with larger format progressively installed panels. The 5" Plenum Cap also supports the suspension of a second ceiling beneath, creating a sealed plenum environment.
