Metallaire surface mount ceiling panels install over an existing ceiling. These 24" x 48" real metal panels are available in 12 patterns and 5 finishes. Coordinating accessories are available to complete the look of your metal ceiling. Panels are also appropriate for accent wall applications.
Sag / Humidity Resistance
Products with sag and humidity resistance maintain a flat, attractive ceiling surface in areas prone to moisture.
Standard: Appropriate for climate controlled interior spaces.
Superior (HumiGuard Plus): Appropriate for non-climate controlled interior spaces. Ceiling panels with HumiGuard Plus performance maintain superior sag resistance and are recommended for areas subject to high humidity.
Superior (Inherent): Some ceiling panels will naturally maintain a flat, attractive surface due to their material type.
Armstrong residential ceilings meet residential fire code standards and most all provide a Class A flame spread rating. For applications requiring UL Fire Rated Assemblies, use our Fire Guard ceiling and grid items that are specially formulated to provide enhanced resistance against structural failure.
