Drop Ceiling Grid: If your damaged ceiling tile is in a drop ceiling grid, take a picture of the corner of one tile in the ceiling grid. Next, remove the ceiling tile and take a picture of the front. Finally, flip it over and take a photo of the entire back of the tile. (3 total)
No Grid: Remove the damaged ceiling tile and take a picture of the front, the front edge, and the entire back. (3 total)
