Hot Dipped Galvanized Steel
Applies corrosion-resistant zinc finish on our steel grid protecting it from rust. The zinc coating thickness may vary and is designated by a G series, such as G-60 or G-90. The higher the G number the more resistant it will be to moisture.

Engineered for a strong, secure connection and fast, accurate alignment confirmed with audible click; easy to remove/relocate.
Double Rotary Stitching
Process by which two vertical layers of steel are stitched together to form a stronger, singular piece; offers greater torsional strength and stability during installation. Armstrong Ceilings is the only grid manufacturer to employ this technology.
