ULTIMA HEALTH ZONE AIRASSURE

Fine texture mineral fiber ceiling with factory-gasketed edges contributes to cleaner, safer, indoor air quality for every healthy space. Meets or exceeds USDA/FSIS, FGI, HIPAA and ANSI S12.60 guidelines.

Key Features & Performance

  • Factory-gasketed edges reduce air leakage through the ceiling plane to direct airflow more effectively and improve indoor air quality
  • Get total noise control and floor plan versatility with TOTAL ACOUSTICS ceiling panels: NRC + CAC = TOTAL ACOUSTICS Performance
  • Anti-Bacterial/Mold/Mildew – BIOBLOCK Plus performance resists the growth of odor and stain-producing bacteria as well as mold and mildew on the ceiling tile surface
  • Improved sound blocking performance – provides some of the highest speech privacy in the TOTAL ACOUSTICS portfolio with a CAC 40.
  • Clean + Simple - AIRASSURE panels are part of the SUSTAIN portfolio and are free of Red List Chemicals for better indoor air quality
  • Clean Room Performance up to ISO Class 5 (Class 100) using standard non-gasketed suspension systems
  • Exceptional durability & cleanability impact-, scratch-, and soil-resistant
  • CLEANASSURE – safe for use with disinfectant cleaners
  • Long-lasting water-repellency; washable and scrubbable
  • AIRASSURE ceilings enable easy conversion to negative or positive pressure-controlled spaces (without hold-down clips)

Acoustics
Sound Absorption (NRC)

A measure for rating the overall sound absorption of a material when used in an enclosed architectural space where sound is reflected at many angles of incidence. A ceiling system with an NRC < 0.50 is low performance, an NRC > 0.70 is high performance.

0.70
Sound Blocking (CAC)

A measure for rating the performance of a ceiling system as a barrier to airborne sound transmission through a common plenum between adjacent closed spaces. A ceiling system with a CAC < 25 is considered low performance, whereas one with CAC of 35 or higher is high performance.

Light Reflectance

A high light reflective ceiling – LR 0.83 or greater, per ASTM E1477-98 as referred to in ASTM E1264-98 – makes lighting systems, especially indirect lighting, more effective while further reducing energy costs and consumption. LR values apply to White panels only.

Anti-Microbial
Mold/Mildew Resistance

Ceiling panels with BIOBLOCK performance resist the growth of mold and mildew on the panel surface.
Ceiling panels with BIOBLOCK Plus performance resist the growth of odor and stain-producing bacteria as well as mold and mildew on the ceiling panel surface.

BIOBLOCK Plus
Humidity
Sag/Humidity Resistance

Ceiling panels maintain humidity and sag resistance.

HUMIGUARD Plus
